You’ll uncover the wisdom of winter, discern what wants to grow this spring, and call in the medicine of a favorite spring archetype. Together, we will bring our minds, body, and soul back into alignment through reflection and connection. 

After our ritual, you'll receive a video recording as a replay if you can't make it live. 

About Your Facilitator: Regena 

Regena Garrepy is an essence guide, coach, mentor, and group facilitator. She’s led over 60 multi-day transformational events and retreats, and hundreds of rituals, workshops and circles over the past 13 years.

She supports others in rehydrating what feels depleted and turning self-doubt and perfectionism into self-leadership. She guides people back to their essence by creating the space for them to take off their masks and explore, discover, and embrace all parts of themselves.

Regena also mentors coaches and entrepreneurs to feel more confident, courageous and clear as they expand and lead their businesses.  She has expertise in courses, workshops, retreat development, facilitation, and coaching. 

Living in Orlando, Florida with her husband, Matt, you might find Regena outside enjoying the warm weather,  getting lost in a great book, making delicious food, or heading to tap class. (shuffle, ball-change).
