SCHEDULED PRIVATE SESSIONS PROCEDURES:   If you need to reschedule your private coaching session, please cancel your appointment with at least 3-hour notice. If you have a true emergency, we will work around it and make up the call. If you are a no-show for a scheduled call, Regena Garrepy, LLC is under no obligation to make it up. 

POLICY: Payments are non-refundable whether you use your session or not.

CONFIDENTIALITY: All personal information given to Regena Garrepy, LLC will be kept confidential, including notes, emails, paperwork, and discussions. 

COACHING RELATIONSHIP:  I understand that I am working with Regena Garrepy, LLC, for professional life and business coaching and mentoring at the agreed fee. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems or mental illnesses.  Professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, and health insurance or other medical benefits do not apply. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses for professional coaching.
