Customer Service Agreement Reflection Ritual with Coaching

I understand that as a digital product that gives me immediate access to the Reflection Ritual, this purchase is non-refundable. I will have access to the member portal, all contents, and replays for three months.  As part of my purchase,  I will receive a 55-minute private coaching session with Regena to be held before March 31st, 2024. If I do not show up for my coaching appointment without notice,  Regena Garrepy, LLC reserves the right to count it as your coaching session. 

I understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of any medical or mental disorders and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Further, coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychoanalysis, medical treatment, substance abuse treatment, or the advice or services of a medical professional. By participating in the coaching, I agree to accept personal responsibility for the results of my actions. I agree that the Coach has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended during any coaching session or not. I recognize that my ultimate success or failure will be the result of my own efforts, my particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of the Coach.
