What People Are Saying:

I absolutely adore Regena’s Reflection Ritual and I get excited for setting aside the process to complete it every year. I always wait to set up my paper planner and create my dream board for the upcoming year until after I complete my Reflection Ritual because the process that Regena guides you through gives me such inspiration and clarity. The Ritual is a complete experience- not just a printable or a podcast about planning your year as you might find somewhere else. It is an all-inclusive practice that includes setting up your own reflection and planning ceremony to honor the past, writing and meditation prompts, that coaches you through the process, and inspiration to spark creativity for the future. I highly recommend the Reflection Ritual and will be gifting it to several of my soul sisters this year!
