About Your Facilitator: Regena 

Regena Garrepy is an essence guide, coach, mentor, and group facilitator. She’s led over 60 transformational events, retreats, and women’s circles for the past 15 years. She supports women to turn self-doubt, people pleasing, and perfectionism into self-leadership. She guides women back to their inner wisdom by creating the space to embrace all aspects of themselves. 

Regena also mentors coaches and entrepreneurs to lead their businesses from their essence and not the “shoulds” of their industry.
