  6. What was your Winter Wisdom?

  7. What polarity is needed to restore some balance?

  8. What could that look like?

  9. Is there any old pattern keeping you out of alignment?
  10. What is emerging?

  11. What do you want to grow this spring?

  12. Where in your life could you use some maiden energy?

Deepening Ideas

  1. Make a Maiden playlist and get into that energy to be with your inner maiden.

  2. Dialogue through journaling with your maiden each week to hear her wisdom.

  3. Plant a seed (buy or choose a plant) this weekend and nurture it as a reminder of what you are focused on this spring.

  4. Draw, paint, or cut out a picture of a spring flower to represent what you want to grow this spring. Keep it where you can see it.

  5. Identify the weeds (limiting beliefs, distractions, etc)  that could keep your spring flowers from growing. Weed your garden weekly!

Spring Equinox

The balance tips toward the light.

Now is the time to start A journey or a garden bed;

Plant with a happy heart

 The seeds of dreams. Wake, senses, wake!

Smell the moist soil that brings

Forth juicy green from its dark depth.

Hear how the river sings;

The waters nourish and renew.

Feel gentle balmy breeze

Caress your skin. See sun’s bright light

Awaken grass and trees.

Now taste the joy. And like the earth

You are refreshed and new

And full of energy to plant,

Begin, create, and do.
